In a rare school shooting in the central Philippines, two teenage boys allegedly entered San Jose National High School in Tacloban City on Monday morning and opened fire in a classroom, killing three students and wounding at least seven others. Police quickly arrested the 14- and 15-year-old suspects. Authorities are investigating a reported bullying-related grudge. The firearms — a 9mm Glock and a .38 revolver — reportedly belonged to a relative of one suspect.
