Traveling through Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) is about to become much smoother with the rollout of an automated parking system by New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC).
The new system, designed to reduce wait times and ease traffic congestion, was first implemented at Terminal 3 on March 1 and will go live at Terminals 1 and 2 on March 14.

How It Works
With this upgrade, drivers will no longer need to interact with attendants upon entering. Instead, they will receive an automated ticket, and when exiting, they can simply scan a QR code for a seamless, cashless transaction. According to the San Miguel Corporation-led consortium managing NAIA, this initiative is part of broader efforts to modernize the airport and enhance passenger experience.
Currently, payments can only be made in cash, but starting March 14, multiple payment optionsโincluding GCash, PayMaya, debit, and credit cardsโwill be available. By July, self-service autopay stations will be installed across all terminals, allowing travelers to pay even faster without needing to queue at the exit.
What it Means for NAIA Travelers
To further enhance convenience, real-time parking slot displays will be introduced at Terminal 3 by April and at Terminals 1 and 2 by May, giving drivers the ability to check available spaces before entering.
These improvements aim to provide faster transactions, smoother traffic flow, and a more efficient airport experience for all travelers.
With these changes, NAIA is taking a significant step toward better service, smarter parking, and a more modern travel experience. Whether picking up passengers or catching a flight, visitors can now expect a more convenient and hassle-free parking process.
